Instructions
for this course of study:
1). Read
the course
text and take notes and highlight as you need and desire. Taking notes helps
you remember key points that are being addressed throughout the course.
2). When you are
done reading and taking notes you may
take the examination at the end of the course text. It is an “open book” examination so you can go
back into the text and research your answers as you complete the
examination.
3). Be sure to print
out the examination and fill out the Student Registration and Certification
Application at the end of the examination. Then mail only your examination to
the address indicated. It is advisable to keep a photocopy of the examination
for your own records before you mail the actual examination.
About the author…..
Author, educator and researcher Joel
Getts has been involved in Christian ministry for most of his life. After
spending nearly two decades owning and operating two businesses, he continued
his education and went into pastoral ministry. Joel studied history extensively
at Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio. He is a graduate of the Cincinnati College
of Mortuary Science, the Church Leadership Academy of the Christian and
Missionary Alliance in Colorado Springs, Colorado and he holds certifications
in Biblical Counseling and Life Coaching from the Light University of Forest,
Virginia. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Concordia College in
Wilmington, Delaware and a Masters Degree in Philosophy and Apologetics from
Trinity Theological Seminary in Newburgh, Indiana. He earned an additional Masters
Degree in Sacred Historical Theology from the Universal School of Theology in
Milford, Illinois and he also earned a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies from the St.
Luke School of Biblical Studies in Hephzibah, Georgia. In addition to his
pastoral ministry, He has been an adjunct instructor at the Cincinnati College
of Mortuary Science in Cincinnati, Ohio and the Thomas Bilney Biblical
Institute in Dayton, Ohio. At the time of this writing he is the Senior Pastor
at Trinity Church in Miamisburg, Ohio. He and his wife Jeri, reside in
Miamisburg, Ohio.
