The purpose of this course is not to teach you all about the general sciences. Instead, this course serves a two-fold
purpose. First it is to evaluate the knowledge you already have in this field of study. It also teaches you how to do
research for scientific information. Please feel free to research the answers you will give for the questions on the
examination. You must answer 18 of the 25 questions correctly to pass the course. When you complete your chosen degree program, the
grade you achieve will appear on your final transcript, thus qualifying an actual earned grade in this area of study.
