GENERAL PRICE LIST

These prices are effective Septemmber 1, 2007 and are subject to change without notice. This price list does not include prices for certain items that you may ask us to buy for you, such as but not limited to cemetery or crematory services flowers and newspaper notices. When funeral home policy allows the funeral director to arrange for the purchase of these items, the prices for those items will be shown on your bill or the statement describing the funeral goods and services you selected. Payment in full is requested for these items on or before the day of service. Depending on the item or service purchased, we may charge you for our service in buying these items, or be entitled to any volume or cash discounts according to professional trade customs. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.

BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF $ 995.oo

This fee for our basic service and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding and receiving remains.)

The fee for services of funeral director and staff includes :

·         Staff and facilities necessary to respond to initial service request.

·         Preparation and filing of necessary permits and authorizations relating to the death and burial and cremation

·         Consultation with the family or other responsible party to determine services desired.

·         Coordinating the details with the cemetery, crematory and / or other parties responsible for the final disposition of the deceased.

·         Supervision of transfer to cemetery. crematory or airport or other funeral home.

EMBALMING     $ 510.oo

Except in certain cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select a certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

The fee for embalming includes:

·         General preparation, bathing and surface disinfection

·         The embalming process

·         Use of specialized facilities and equipment for these services

If a body has been autopsied, the charge for an adult embalming is:              $ 540.oo

For a child under the age of 12 years old is:                                                   $ 270.oo

OTHER PREPARATION OF THE BODY

·         Positioning in casket, normal cosmetology and post embalming care                       $ 150.oo

·         Bathing, surface disinfection and placement in casket or alternative container         $ 280.oo

USE OF FACILITIES AND STAFF FOR VIEWING

This charge includes removal of remains to our funeral home, necessary services of funeral director and staff, embalming, necessary authorizations and local transportation to airport

RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME                      $ 750.oo

This charge includes temporary shelter of remains in our funeral home, necessary services of funeral director and staff, transportation of remains to a local cemetery.

IMMEDIATE BURIALS                                                                                              $ 800.oo

Our charge for an immediate burial, without any attendant services or ceremonies, includes removal of remains to our funeral home, necessary services of funeral director and staff, transportation to a local cemetery. (Alternative container or casket selected is in addition to this cost)

DIRECT CREMATION                                                                                                  $ 845.oo

Our charge for an immediate burial, without any attendant services or ceremonies, includes removal of remains to our funeral home, necessary services of funeral director and staff to secure permits and authorizations, alternative container for body to be encased in, transportation to the crematory.

·         This price does include the crematory charge of $ 230.oo

·         This price does not include a container or urn or urn vault for cremated remains

INFANTS AND CHILDREN (Ages 0-6)

There are no charges for professional services or staff, embalming or professional care. You will be charged for the casket or other merchandise or flowers you select, for necessary transportation and cemetery or crematory charges.

·         One hour visitation and funeral service at another facility (church)   $ 275.oo

Each additional hour of viewing or visitation add $ 75.oo

SAME DAY VISITATION & FUNERAL SERVICE with up to a two hour visitation on the same day as the funeral held at our funeral home or your church. This package also includes professional services of funeral director and staff, local removal, embalming, other preparation, hearse for local funeral, service vehicle, 50 memorial cards or folders, a minimum register book. (casket, burial container, cash advanced items or any selected outside charges and taxes are not included) $ 2350.oo

Each additional hour of viewing or visitation add $ 75.oo

GRAVESIDE SERVICE PACKAGE with no viewing or visitation at the funeral home. This package also includes professional services of funeral director and staff, embalming, basic preparation, transportation to a local cemetery. . For private family only viewing not to exceed 30 minutes add $ 100.oo
