Instructions for this course of study:

1). Read the course text and take notes as you need and desire. Taking notes helps you remember key points that are being addressed throughout the course.

2). When you are done reading and taking notes, complete your final assignment as described. Then you may answer the questions in the examination at the end of the text . This is an open book examination so you can go back into the text and personal notes and research your answers as you complete the examination.

3). Be sure to fill out the Student Registration and Certification Application at the end of the examination. Then mail only your examination to the address indicated. It is advisable to keep a photocopy of the examination and any assignments for your own records before you mail them.
